Now you are going to get to do your own print!! Heres how it works, did everyone pick out the handouts in the back today?! Go get them if you didn't.
Now, lets go over the instructions.
Start by jotting down a narrative about yourself… how old you are, things you like and don’t like, your hopes and dreams for the future.… that kind of stuff! Think about your favorite quotes, drawings, motos etc. What makes you YOU?!
I am going to come around with an ink pad. You can also do this with using a pencil or highlighter. Just shade in a square, rub your thumb and make your print.
Now that you have the outline you can start to fill in these with your narrative or the things you jotted down.
If you feel more confident writing in pencil first, you can do that, but you’ll need to carefully erase any pencil left showing after you trace with Sharpie!
The outline that your picked up will be where your final copy goes. If your artisitic and don't need the outline feel free to do it on your own.
You have the rest of class!
